About The Position
Machine Operator III will have various tasks and responsibilities including complex machine set up, tooling changes and changeovers, machine troubleshooting and problem-solving. The role requires the ability to use computers, read blueprints or markers, and enter detailed program data for complex parts and processes. The operator is responsible for quality and accurate use of complex measurement tools for varying parts with fine detail, which are the last step before finishing.
Requirements
- Must be detail-oriented
- Ability to recognize discrepancies and initiate resolution
- Regular lifting and maneuvering and positioning of product up to 50 lbs.
- Requires full shift of standing, walking, bending and lifting
- Able to read, write and follow instructions, both written and verbal
- Able to use basic hand tools and small power equipment

- Previous Manufacturing Experience preferred
