Requirements

At least 1 year of manufacturing or related experience
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Basic math skills for measurements and production tasks
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Authorization to work in the country in which the role is based

Nice To Haves

Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment
Knowledge of quality control or Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Strong organization and time management skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with production systems

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot thermoforming and production equipment to meet specifications
Ensure efficient machine setup including materials, cycle times, and production output
Inspect machinery and tooling prior to operation to ensure readiness
Monitor product quality and identify nonconforming materials or defects
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and housekeeping tasks
Complete shift documentation and communicate job status during shift handoffs
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, and wear proper PPE
Collaborate with team members and leadership to resolve production issues
