Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Able to read and follow instructions on factory masters.
Nice To Haves
- Prior work experience in the packaging industry; paper, plastics, converting
- 6 months’ experience in some type of manufacturing operation.
- Prior experience in the corrugated or fulfillment industry is advantageous, but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Operate to produce the highest level of production and quality
- Complete necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner, including but not limited to: Production Data, Machine Operational Status, Safety Data, Quality Data
- Check line-ups to verify correct roll stock is received and used
- Cross Train on different areas of the machine as needed
- Must be able to work overtime as necessary, sometimes on short notice.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping
- Work safely at all times, be aware of surroundings and understand and comply with Pratt Industries Safety rules, operating procedures, and help hold co-workers responsible for safety related items
- Additional duties may be assigned by management.
