About The Position

CPI Card Group is seeking Machine Operators to support its manufacturing process. The role involves operating and maintaining production equipment to uphold quality and efficiency standards, following safety protocols, and collaborating with teammates to meet production goals. The work takes place in a climate-controlled production facility. The listed overtime schedule is Monday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m. or 4:00 p.m.–4:00 a.m., depending on overtime requirements. The hourly rate is $20.00, with a $2.00 shift differential, for a total rate of $22.00. Full-time employment may be offered after 75 days of work; employees who transition to permanent positions become eligible for benefits on the first day of the month after their start date.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of experience in machine operation.
Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to distinguish colors.
Math proficiency for calculating percentages, areas, and volumes.
Ability to set up computer-aided machinery and a solid understanding of Windows-based computers.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Dependability and a track record of good attendance and punctuality.
Elementary English communication skills.
Ability to stand for long periods and to stoop, walk, bend, pull, climb, and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
