About The Position

Lamothermic is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team. Machine operators will be responsible for operating equipment used in the casting process and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role offers opportunities for advancement through cross-training in other departments.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with wax injection or finishing processes and equipment is a plus, but not required. We provide all necessary training.

Responsibilities

• Operating machines such as Knockoff Hammer, Cut Off Saws, Water Blaster, Sand Blaster, Salt Cleaner, Grinders, Hydraulic Presses
• Inspecting parts and repairing with hand held grinders
• Inspection and packing for shipping
• Cross training in other departments (opens more opportunities for advancement)
• Operating wax injection molding machines
• Cleaning wax parts
• Assembling wax parts to wax trees
• Assemble wax runners
