Read and interpret blueprints. Adjust machine settings to accurately complete tasks according to specifications and in a timely fashion. Perform manual tasks such as package, crate, label, count, and sort products. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Requirements

  • High school diploma or its equivalent is desired.
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within manufacturing environment.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. in a safe manner.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive motion.
  • Clarity of vision and the ability to focus on a fast and repetitious operation for extended periods of time.
  • Requires hearing protections.
  • Requires safety toed shoes.
  • Requires eye protection.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Understand and follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that all guard and safety equipment have been installed and properly checked.
  • Understand and follow work procedures as set forth by all ISO documentation.
  • Safely operate machine assigned by the line lead, team leader, supervisor, or manager.
  • Read and interpret blueprints whenever required by operation.
  • Maintain quality standards on all products.
  • Check parts dimensionally with calipers and measuring tools to maintain engineering drawing tolerances.
  • Communicate clearly with co-workers, line lead, team leader, supervisor, and manager.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Adhere to ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental, and OSHAS 18001 certification requirements.
  • Requires regular attendance per the schedule assigned by supervisor.
  • Perform manual tasks such as package, crate, label, count, and sort products.
