About The Position
Want to help build household-name brands? Propelis is expanding our Waukesha team and hiring 3rd shift Entry Level Machine Operator. This is a true entry-level role—NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! We provide 100% fully paid, on-the-job training in a comfortable, climate-controlled facility. Compensation & Growth: Starting Pay: $24.00/hour total ($23.00 base + $1.00 shift differential). 6-Month Raise: Earn an extra $1.00/hour after a standard competency assessment.
Requirements

- Able to meet physical requirements of the job, including but not limited to lifting up to 30 lbs., infrequent pushing/pulling of cart, positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes, standing/walking up to 8 hours per shift, and close vision for inspection.
