About The Position
Want to help build household-name brands? Propelis is expanding our Waukesha team and hiring 3rd shift Entry Level Machine Operator. This is a true entry-level role— NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ! We provide 100% fully paid, on-the-job training in a comfortable, climate-controlled facility.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to take direction and feedback

- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Dependability
- Flexible to work overtime
- Able to meet physical requirements of the job, including but not limited to Lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Infrequent pushing/pulling of cart
- Standing/walking up to 8 hours per shift
- Vision abilities include close vision in the inspection of the work

- Operate machinery
- Assist in building household-name brands
- Position material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes
