Requirements
- Machine operator experience or training.
- Ability to follow machine operation instructions and production procedures.
- Attention to detail when monitoring equipment and checking product quality.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work in a light-industrial environment.
- Ability to communicate equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- May be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Nice To Haves
- Two or more years of machine operating experience.
- Experience performing basic equipment adjustments or changeovers.
- Familiarity with production, warehouse, or manufacturing safety practices.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment.
- Inspect materials and check product quality.
- Watch for machine issues and promptly communicate equipment or safety concerns.
- Follow machine operation instructions, production procedures, and work instructions.
- Help keep the work area organized and productive.
