About The Position

This is a contract position for a Machine Operator at a Medical Device Company in Moncks Corner, SC. The role involves flexibility to move between various operator positions based on business needs. The shift hours are from 5 PM to 3 AM, Monday through Thursday, with a 12-hour range of availability and flexibility in time changes. The position requires the ability to work and learn more than one job role.

Requirements

• Ability to use hand tools (ex. hand grips, stamping tools), visual aids for inspection, approved cleaning chemicals, operate semi-automated machine and/or pneumatic equipment, and tape dispenser.
• Able to lift at least 15 lbs. (some positions may require the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.)
• Able to sit and/or stand for at least 6 hours of shift.
• Ability to read and comprehend written documents in English language.
• Ability to write and speak English to convey safety and quality opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Flexibility to move between various Operator positions according to business needs.
• Conduct manual inspection of catheters.
• Apply on the job training to tasks.
• Report to work on time, work duration of shift and communicate using verbal and non-verbal means to build and sustain positive work relationships.
• Willingness and ability to work and learn more than one job role.
