About The Position

We are hiring immediately for Machine Operators to join our growing team at Vitro Automotive Glass in Crestline, OH. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be very mechanically inclined and comfortable working around and with large industrial equipment.
Ability to lead a team and provide direction to coworkers - coach and teach.
Willing to work overtime.
Understanding of basic math, reading, and writing skills
Ability to effectively communicate
Ability to work the following shiftt: 8-12hr days Monday- Friday, Some Holidays, Weekends and Overtime as needed.
Good attendance is important to our team at Vitro. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a history of good attendance and who welcome overtime.
Pre-employment background checks, drug screens and physicals

Responsibilities

Operate a variety of production equipment - Glass Cutting Lines and Furnaces
Inspect & Pack (when not operating or to provide breaks)
5S activities
Other duties as assigned
