We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to assist in the operation of our machines and ensure they are running efficiently. You will work closely with our production team to uphold our high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read a tape measure

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Experience with quality control processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of machines and equipment
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet our standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues
