About The Position

Machine Operators are hired in Roseville, Michigan, with first- and second-shift opportunities. The role involves operating production equipment such as welding machines, presses, benders, and other manufacturing machinery. Operators load and unload parts, monitor production, inspect finished products, and help meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to bend, twist, squat, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of manufacturing or machine operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery, including welders, presses, and benders.
• Load and unload parts according to work instructions.
• Monitor production to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts and identify defects.

• Tag and handle completed products properly.
