About The Position

Machine Operator (Multi-Process) – Join Dynatect and Master Multiple Technologies Looking for a hands-on role where every day is different? At Dynatect, our Machine Operators don’t get stuck on one station- you’ll rotate across multiple advanced machines, building skills and keeping work engaging. Why Join Dynatect? We give you control over your schedule and your growth: Choose a 4 x 10 schedule (4 days Monday- Thursday, 10 hours each) OR Work a 4 x 9 + 4-hour shift schedule (4 days Monday- Thursday, 9 hours each & 4 hours on Friday) Pick your preferred start time (4:30 am, 5:00 am, 5:30 am, 6:00 am, 6:30 am, 6:30 am) What You’ll Do: Operate and rotate between: Water jet cutting equipment CNC pleater machine Eastman cutting system Material cutting equipment Set up machines, load materials, and monitor production Read work orders and follow specifications Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy Support different departments as needed (true “floater” role) What We’re Looking For: Experience operating manufacturing equipment (CNC or cutting systems a plus) Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple processes Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to adapt, multitask, and work across teams Dependable and safety-focused mindset What You’ll Get: Competitive pay based on experience Benefits starting the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment Variety in your work- no repetitive single-station days A clean, safety-focused environment Opportunities to expand your skills across multiple machines If you enjoy learning new equipment, staying active, and being a key part of production, this role is for you.
