About The Position

This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of the product through the production process, ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line, and sanitizing equipment. The role involves monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed, notifying the supervisor if machines require maintenance, and maintaining a safe work environment while adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Proficiency in reading and writing is required, along with the ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and communicate effectively across all management levels.

Requirements

Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must stand, walk, bend, squat, stretch, climb, push, pull and reach as required in all areas.
Must stand 8-10 hours on hard floors.
Must perform repetitive motions as required in many areas.
Must work in a cold, damp environment.
Must work on slippery walking surfaces.
Team Members must be in current position for 90 days.
Team Members must have no suspensions or more than 3 written warnings within the past year.
Team Members with four (4) or more attendance points at the time of application will be disqualified from consideration.
Proficiency in reading and writing.
Ability to complete on-the-job paperwork.
