About The Position

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of BioBait's biodegradable fishing lures. This role involves ensuring that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to use hand tools
Ability to work in team setting or independently
Ability to understand processes and instructions
Ability to read and follow standard operational processes
Light lifting, under 20 lbs.
Light carrying, under 20 lbs.
Moderate lifting, 21-59 lbs
Moderate carrying, 21 – 59 lbs

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet BioBait's standards.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
Load raw materials into machines and handle finished products.
Maintain accurate production records, including quantities produced, materials used, and any issues encountered.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Suggest improvements to processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
