About The Position

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing operations. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders and basic instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Basic mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to [25–50] pounds
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications
  • Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper functioning
  • Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting
  • Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and efficiency
  • Load raw materials and unload finished products
  • Conduct quality checks and document production data
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Report mechanical issues or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
