Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Machine Operator located at our manufacturing facility in Temple, TX.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 12+ months of continuous work experience.
• Aptitude to complete Operator Certification.
• Commitment to work a biweekly rotating 12-hour shift schedule, 8 to 8; 3-day weekend every other week before shift change.

Nice To Haves

• Extrusion and blow molding experience.
• 12+ months of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate machinery with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ensure finished products meet established quality standards.
• Make safety your number one priority – safety first, safety always.
• Explore internal growth and development opportunities.
• Volunteer for overtime shifts to support the 24/7 facility operation.
