About The Position
Sumiden Wire Products Corporation is seeking a Machine Operator for their Chopped Steel Fiber Department. The schedule is currently Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm. This role offers a starting pay of $20.72 per hour, with a night shift differential of $2.00 per hour, and a production incentive ranging from 5% to 15% of hours worked pay. Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to monitor, process, lift and stack Chopped Steel Fiber Product weighing up to 50lbs.
- Comfortable with math, unit conversions, production rates, and other tasks.
- Good work history and clean background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and physical.
- Superior attendance record and reliable team player.
- Strong attention to safety.
