Machine Operator – Medical Device Manufacturing | 1st Shift
About The Position
Partners In Staffing is hiring a dependable Machine Operator for a medical device manufacturing facility in Grand Rapids. The role involves producing precision components by operating or tending production equipment, checking parts, and completing basic assembly tasks. Training is provided. The position includes a paid orientation. Required pre-employment background and tobacco screening applies. Some assignments may require cleanroom garments and additional cleanliness procedures. Requirements
- Dependability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
- Operate or tend production equipment according to training and work instructions.
- Monitor production and check parts for quality and defects.
- Complete basic assembly and other production tasks as assigned.
- Follow safety, cleanliness, and quality procedures.
- Keep the workstation organized and report equipment or quality concerns.
- Work with the team to meet production goals.
