About The Position

The Machine Operator's overall goal is to keep the Greenville Facility running smoothly by making adjustments during production runs, utilizing quality tools to ensure product standards are met, and contributing to the OurRecipe@SauerBrands initiative. The position involves understanding equipment functions for correct adjustments and promoting smooth line operation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Must be detail oriented
• Able to walk & stand during most all of a 10 hour shift
• Quality driven
• Self-motivated
• Willing to learn
• Dependable & punctual
• Able to lift 30 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Machine Operating Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks (code dates, seal integrity, and correct labeling) on a predetermined schedule.
• Ensure lot ID information is tracked accurately and all paperwork is completed timely and accurately.
• Increase effectiveness and cross-train where needed to promote line effectiveness.
• Maintain high standards in regards to company policy involving SAFETY and GMPs.
• Participate in Tool Box talks incorporating stretching.
• Promote Safe Start principles and near miss reporting to further the improvement of safety in the plant.
• Keep work areas orderly and clean.
