About The Position

The Machine Operator's overall goal is to keep the Greenville Facility running smoothly by making adjustments during production runs and utilizing quality tools to ensure product standards are met. This role involves the daily setup and operation of packaging equipment servicing the condiment markets, following industry standards for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Able to walk & stand during most all of a 10 hour shift.
• Quality driven, Self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Dependable & punctual.
• Able to lift 30 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Machine Operating Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Safety and Quality guidelines to protect the customer, yourself and fellow employees.
• Daily hands-on setup, startup and operation of assigned equipment utilizing hand tools and data collection tools.
• Enter required Quality and Operational checks into the data collection software in use in a timely manner.
• Learn, meet and sustain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set for department goals.
• Provide peer support for successful department operation.
• Engage in cross training when available.
