Position Summary: This position will set up, tear down, and operate the stuffing equipment, Frank-o-Matic’s, and any other equipment used in the area. The position is responsible for assisting with various tasks related to hanging and weighing to keep production lines running at maximum efficiency.

Nice To Haves

Machine Operator experience preferred
Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
RF Scanner experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform necessary counts, weights, measures, and record statistics.
Perform general housekeeping duties in the department.
Learn and follow all safety procedures.
Maintain general manufacturing practices.
Report and record product specifications.
Ability and willingness to perform basic math functions (i.e.: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Ability and willingness to follow formulations on the computer and accurately record and report food safety or product information.
Ability and willingness to read and comprehend all required daily paperwork, labels, and computer work.
Ability and willingness to complete all paperwork and SAP functions.
Ability and willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements.
Perform all positions of job rotation as needed.
Perform any other work as assigned by management.
