About The Position

This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product through the production process and ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

Applicant must be a regular, full-time team member with minimum three (3) months seniority.
Applicant must be actively working during the application process.
Applicant cannot have more than (7) attendance points.
No disciplinary written warning with suspension in the last six (6) months.
No disciplinary suspension in the last twelve (12) months.
No written disciplinary warning within the last six (6) months.
Team member may not bid for another position within six (6) months of last successful job bid unless it is a promotion.
This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only.

Responsibilities

Operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product through the production process.
Ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line.
Monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed.
Notifying supervisor if machines require maintenance.
Maintaining a safe work environment.
Adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
