About The Position

Machine Operator III is a full-time role in a food manufacturing environment at the Bakery - West facility. The role operates and monitors production equipment and processes, ensuring line speeds, batch formulas, production rates, safety, and product quality meet requirements. The position uses SAP and standard operating procedures and completes required production paperwork. The schedule is the 2nd shift D Crew: Thursday through Saturday and every other Wednesday, from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Starting pay is $23.50 per hour, with an additional $2.00 shift differential from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Advancement opportunities are available.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 5 years of experience.
Ability to safely operate multiple machines with minimal supervision and obtain necessary production specifications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to perform physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to stand on concrete and work in hot and/or cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

Control line speeds, batch formula, production rates, and equipment starting and stopping.
Maintain safety and overall product elegance.
Perform quality checks.
Complete required paperwork, including downtime and HACCP documentation.
Use SAP and standard operating procedures as appropriate.
