About The Position

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following: Machine setup & operation. Essential Functions: Creates/sets up programs Set up and operate machinery as assigned by supervisor Ensure machinery is set up properly at the beginning of the shift Ensure proper maintenance is performed on machinery before and during operation Check to see machinery is heating to the correct temperature, if applicable Ensure machinery is being operated in a safe manner Keep the work area clean Communicating with management when there are concerns with the following Production Safety Employee relations Performs other related duties as assigned to support production demands as may be specified by customer or client Ensures product is in compliance with customer requirements Ensures the correct supplier is cut in accordance with customer specifications. Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities . Requirements

Display positive attitude and teamwork skills.
Must complete a pre-employment physical and drug test.
Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day.
Ability to frequently bend, lift and twist.
Must be able and available to work overtime as required.
Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Entry level.
