Machine Operator I -2nd/3rd
About The Position
This role is ideal if you're looking for a set schedule, paid, hands-on training, higher earnings for off-shift work, and long-term growth with a stable, global manufacturing company. As a Machine Operator, you'll work with modern production equipment that manufactures weatherstripping used around the world. No experience is necessary as we will provide training. You will operate and monitor production machines, load materials and remove finished products, make simple machine adjustments as needed, follow all safety and quality procedures, record basic production data, and assist technicians during machine changeovers.
Requirements
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic reading, math, and writing skills
- Standing, walking and bending throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a louder production environment
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required
Responsibilities
