About The Position

Regular shifts you can count on! Light manufacturing in a clean, temperature controlled environment! This position is responsible for performing all activities to assist the Machine Operator with completion of all scheduled work insuring the highest quality product.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• High aptitude for number sequencing
• Strong attention to detail
• Good hand and arm dexterity & Hand/Eye Coordination
• Must be able to stay intensely focus for long periods of time
• Possess effective verbal communication skills
• Elementary English proficiency communication skills necessary
• It is essential for the Assistants to have good vision, and the ability to properly distinguish color
• Lift and move up to 50lbs
• Alternate between sitting and standing during the length of their shift

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitors and visually inspects cards as they come out of the machine
• Watches computer for flagged rejects
• Quickly keeps products in sequenced order as remakes occur
• Set up workstation and create boxes and trays for products to be packed in
