Requirements

  • Operate and maintain machines and equipment while adhering to all quality and safety standards.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to maintain productive working relationships in a team-oriented environment
  • Open to receiving guidance, feedback, and constructive instructions from supervisors to ensure adherence to processes and standards
  • Capable of safely operating and handling light to medium machinery with a focus on precision and adherence to safety protocols
  • Work on-site
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Work scheduled hours
  • Wear PPE (Personnel Protective Equipment) Safety glasses, steel-toed boots, ear plugs, gloves, etc.
  • See color
  • Move objects up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Perform packing, assembly, and operate machinery as per instructions
  • Follow work orders, labeling requirements, and productivity standards
  • Conduct quality tests according to ISO procedures
  • Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Communicate basic job-related information and collaborate within the team / department
  • Build productive relationships and contribute to team success
  • Learn and follow company policies, procedures, and processes under direct supervision
  • Train team members when directed by supervisors
  • Uphold and follow company values and standards
