About The Position

This is a full-time Machine Operator I position in a food manufacturing environment, working in Packaging - West on the 2nd shift, B Crew. The schedule is Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday, from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Starting pay is $18.75 per hour, with an additional $2.00 shift differential for hours worked from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The role offers opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; 0–1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with physical labor in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for long periods and work in varying temperature conditions.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and alternative shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper production startup.
• Control line speeds, batch formulas, production rates, equipment starts and stops, and overall product appearance and safety.
• Complete quality checks.
• Complete required paperwork, such as downtime and HACCP documentation, using SAP, SOPs, and applicable safety and training procedures.
