We are hiring a dependable, entry-level Machine Operator to operate Turret or Laser CNC machines. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing and grow their CNC skills in a hands-on production environment.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn CNC operations
- Ability to read blueprints and work orders (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required.
Responsibilities
- Operate Turret or Laser machines to cut or form metal parts
- Load and unload materials with proper alignment
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine checks
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Record production and material usage data
