Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn CNC operations
• Ability to read blueprints and work orders (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Turret or Laser machines to cut or form metal parts
• Load and unload materials with proper alignment
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Perform basic machine cleaning and routine checks
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Record production and material usage data
