About The Position

This position is responsible for inspecting and packing quality product in a safe, efficient and quality manner.

Requirements

• Ability to respond to and operate machines
• Ability to identify serious problems for maintenance
• Ability to assemble and pack boxes with light-weight packaging components consisting of lids and tubs
• Ability to place boxes of finished goods on skids approximately 24 times per hour
• Ability to lift cases weighing up to 30lbs. to a height of 6 ft. to put on skids
• Ability to push boxes into case sealer
• Ability to deliver materials to machines (inserts, film, color, resin, etc.)
• Ability to inspect product as per quality standards and pack boxes
• Ability to apply proper labels and identification codes to boxes of product
• Ability to complete traceability forms and record production data, enter data into computer, verify that correct labels are applied to boxes and production information is correct.
• Ability to perform online quality checks
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ability to perform c/o in a timely manner following procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to follow procedures and guideline as defined by the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the Master Cleaning Schedule

Responsibilities

• Inspect product as per quality standards and pack boxes
• Apply proper labels and identification codes to boxes of product
• Complete traceability forms and record production data, enter data into computer, verify that correct labels are applied to boxes and production information is correct.
