About The Position

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer | GenAI & MLOps to develop and deploy Artificial Intelligence applications, contributing to the construction of scalable solutions and the evolution of MLOps practices. The professional will participate in the entire lifecycle of Machine Learning and LLM models, collaborating with the team in developing solutions, automating processes, and continuously improving deliveries.

Requirements

  • Practical or academic experience with Machine Learning and LLM frameworks, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or similar.
  • Solid knowledge of Python.
  • Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts and implementations.
  • Knowledge of the Machine Learning and Large Language Models (LLMs) lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with the deployment and execution of Machine Learning models.
  • Knowledge of best practices related to model reproducibility and monitoring.
  • Ability to learn continuously, collaborate in a team, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Ease of working in a collaborative environment and developing with the support of more experienced professionals.
  • Completed Higher Education is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy Artificial Intelligence applications, including AI Agents, meeting functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Develop clean, testable, and scalable code for Machine Learning applications.
  • Create scalable inference endpoints for model deployment.
  • Implement MLOps practices throughout the model lifecycle.
  • Track experiments, register, and version models.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for data and models.
  • Implement automated tests and rollout/rollback strategies for Machine Learning models.
  • Collaborate with the team in the development and evolution of AI solutions.
  • Other routines of the area.
