About The Position

The role designs solution architecture for cross-system interactions and business logic integration, ensuring seamless interoperability across multiple applications. The position involves working with client stakeholders and end users to understand needs, develop high-level designs, iteratively build solutions, and support deployment and adoption. The role focuses on AI development within the M365 Copilot platform, particularly developing and deploying agents. The employee may work independently or in small groups and should be able to carry a project from initial discussions through execution.

Requirements

8–10 years of experience.
Experience with the M365 Copilot platform.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak directly with employees and end users.
Ability to execute projects from initial discussions through implementation.
Knowledge of AI development, particularly within Copilot, including agent development and deployment.
Ability to work independently and/or in small groups.

Responsibilities

Participate in requirement discussions with client stakeholders to define solution and implementation needs based on business requirements.
Create solution architecture designs for cross-system interactions and business logic integration across multiple applications.
Assess interactions, implementation dependencies, and integration requirements across applications.
Support validation of solution components during implementation and ensure the solution functions as designed.
Assist in identifying potential risks by evaluating the system performance of implemented architectural solutions.
Work with end users to understand their needs, develop high-level designs, perform iterative development, and help deploy and adopt solutions.
Develop and deploy agents within the M365 Copilot platform.
