About The Position

Accenture Song is seeking a senior Measurement & Solution Delivery Leader to drive the growth and client impact of Accenture Marketing Investment Navigator (M-Nav). This client-facing leadership role owns M-Nav client and sales strategy, builds executive relationships, and shapes how the product is positioned, sold, and delivered. The Associate Director brings deep credibility in marketing measurement—including marketing mix modeling (MMM), attribution, incrementality, and MMM/MTA reconciliation—and enough fluency in methods such as Bayesian modeling, regularized models, and clean-room measurement to assess and defend approaches with clients and technical stakeholders. Hands-on coding is not expected. The Associate Director partners with CMOs, marketing and media leaders, analytics and finance executives, and Accenture Song, Amazon, and other ecosystem leaders to identify opportunities, lead pursuits, and shape engagements that translate M-Nav outputs into actionable marketing and media investment decisions. The role sets the vision for client deployment, oversees quality and governance across engagements, and develops the Managers and Senior Managers delivering the work. It also represents client and market needs to product development and data science teams to inform the M-Nav roadmap. Knowledge of retail media networks such as Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect, and clean-room environments such as Amazon Marketing Cloud, is highly valued. The position includes responsibility for business development, client relationships, engagement delivery, team leadership, market presence, and practice growth. Candidates should have 12 or more years of relevant experience, including at least five years leading analytics engagements and teams. Experience should include selling and winning measurement or analytics work, managing engagement P&L and commercial performance for engagements valued at approximately US$5 million to US$10 million, and deploying measurement solutions across industries such as CPG, Retail, High Tech, and Financial Services. The listed annual salary ranges vary by location: California $163,000–$434,000; Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Minnesota $163,000–$375,000; District of Columbia $173,500–$399,300; Illinois and New York $150,900–$375,000 and $150,900–$434,000 respectively; Maine $138,800–$319,400; Massachusetts $163,000–$399,300; New Jersey $173,500–$434,000; Ohio $150,900–$347,200; Virginia $150,900–$399,300; and Washington $173,500–$399,300. The posting is anticipated to remain open until 12/05/2026.
