About The Position

The M&A IT integration leader provides strategic guidance to Humana’s Corporate Development team and Integration Management Office (IMO) on growth opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and minority investments. Reporting directly to the AVP, IT M&A, the role works with senior executives, corporate development, the IMO, acquired-company representatives, and cross-functional IT teams to evaluate potential target companies and develop and implement IT integration plans.
