About The Position
Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer is hiring a fourth- to seventh-year M&A/private equity associate for its New York office. The associate will work on acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures for private equity funds, institutional investors, and strategic companies. Ideal candidates have experience leading transactions, drafting definitive agreements, and managing all aspects of a deal. Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar.
