About The Position

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• 1–2 years of experience in corporate and M&A transactions.
• Strong understanding of corporate law and M&A processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys with corporate and M&A transactions, including due diligence, drafting and reviewing agreements, and legal research.
• Collaborate with clients and other legal teams to support the smooth and efficient execution of transactions.
• Provide clients with legal advice and guidance on corporate and M&A matters.
• Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and other legal proceedings as needed.
