This is a structured entry point into M&A advisory, not a typical lateral move, but an intentional path for individuals with strong finance backgrounds to build a long-term career in investment banking at one of the industry’s most respected platforms. The firm is building a highly selective cohort of early-career talent in New York, specifically designed for 2024 and 2025 graduates who began their careers in analytical or financial roles outside of traditional M&A and are now looking to transition into elite advisory work.

Requirements

• 2024 or 2025 graduate
• Began careers in analytical or financial roles outside of traditional M&A
• Strong finance backgrounds
• Currently working in: Consulting, Accounting, Sales & Trading, Equity / Debt Capital Markets (ECM / DCM), Equity Research, Corporate Finance or similar analytical roles
• Strong analytical and modeling aptitude
• Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving mindset
• Career Interest in transitioning into strategic M&A advisory
