About The Position

Harris Williams is hiring 2027 M&A Analyst(s) for our San Francisco team. As an analyst, you will have a high level of exposure to clients and senior bankers, representing the firm throughout the entire client engagement. Beyond client work, this role will expand your professional experience through recruiting initiatives, mentorship programming, efforts to generate new client engagements, and more. New analysts and associates convene in our Richmond headquarters for a robust training program designed to build relationships, provide baseline knowledge of M&A, and prepare you for your first client engagement. This initial program is just the beginning of an extensive learning experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Working towards or already possess a Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution.
  • Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
  • Submit your cover letter and resume (combined into one PDF).
  • Complete a profile with Suited.
  • Understanding of Excel formulas, data validation, macros, tables, conditional formatting.
  • Working understanding of how the income statement, cash flow statement and balance sheet connect.
