About The Position

Harris Williams is hiring 2027 M&A Analyst(s) for their Boston team. This role offers significant exposure to clients and senior bankers, involving the entire client engagement process. Beyond client work, analysts will participate in recruiting, mentorship programs, and business development efforts. The position is an "on-call", in-office role requiring responsiveness, clear communication, and attention to detail. Harris Williams is a global investment bank specializing in M&A and private capital advisory services, known for its collaborative approach and focus on unlocking value for clients.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Working towards or already possess a Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution.
  • Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.

  • Excel – Understanding of formulas, data validation, macros, tables, conditional formatting.
  • Accounting – Working understanding of how the income statement, cash flow statement and balance sheet connect and willingness to deepen subject matter expertise over time.

  • Roles at this level are filled by recent university / college graduates with little or no professional experience, but possessing relevant skills.
