About The Position

Harris Williams is seeking an M&A Analyst for their Energy, Power & Infrastructure group. This role offers significant client and senior banker exposure from the start, involving the entire client engagement process. Beyond client work, analysts will contribute to recruiting, mentorship programs, and business development efforts. The position is based in an office environment and requires responsiveness, attention to detail, and collaboration. Requirements

  • Understanding of Excel formulas, data validation, macros, tables, and conditional formatting.
  • Working understanding of how the income statement, cash flow statement, and balance sheet connect.
  • Ability to identify trends in data and articulate the impact of those patterns.
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Working towards or already possess a Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution.
  • Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
