About The Position
Menorah Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is hiring a PRN Lymphedema Therapist. The role requires a Bachelor of Science in occupational therapy from an accredited school, a current Kansas Occupational Therapy License, lymphedema certification, and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross upon hire. Candidates must have one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist before obtaining lymphedema certification. Menorah Medical Center is a full-service acute care hospital and emergency room in Overland Park and Leawood, Kansas. The center provides care for adults, newborns, teens, and children and offers specialty services including cancer care, robotic surgery, women’s health, bariatric care, and inpatient rehabilitation.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in occupational therapy from an accredited school.
- Current Kansas Occupational Therapy License.
- Lymphedema certification.
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification required upon hire.
- One year of experience as an Occupational Therapist before obtaining lymphedema certification.
