About The Position
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will provide direct patient care as part of a healthcare team, contributing to patient well-being and recovery. You will assess patient conditions, administer medications, perform prescribed treatments, and document care. You will collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to implement individualized care plans and support a high-quality patient experience. Success in the role requires clinical skill, a commitment to patient safety, strong communication, compassion, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
- Licensed Vocational Nurse license for Texas, required upon hire.
- Basic Life Support (CPR), required within 14 days.

- 0–1 year of clinic experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide general nursing care to patients according to established standards and procedures.
- Obtain patient consent for care and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Obtain and document health histories, chief complaints, vital signs, and health risk factors, and assess disease conditions.
- Provide patient care in accordance with practice guidelines, standards of care, and applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
- Carry out prescribed treatments and medical interventions, administer prescribed medications, and monitor and document treatment progress and patient responses.
- Educate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
