About The Position
Performs the function of a LVN in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating all assigned patient care under the direction of a RN. Is accountable for all patient care provided. Is responsible for adhering to all standards or nursing practice. Cares for patients in all age groups.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Vocational Nursing with current license with the Texas State Board of Nurse Examiners.
- Maintain current license with the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPR certifications may be required depending on department.
Responsibilities
