About The Position

Under the supervision of a physician, the Clinic LVN provides nursing care in a clinic environment. The role organizes a safe, clean setting for patients during clinic visits, uses appropriate equipment and resources, and supervises staff in the provision of clinic services and care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Vocational Nursing.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with operating computers and Electronic Medical Records Systems.
• Currently licensed as a Licensed Vocational Nurse by the State of Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Duties require extended periods of standing and walking; bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds; and occasional heavy lifting when moving or supporting patients who may suddenly become weak or helpless.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of Licensed Vocational Nursing experience in a clinic care area is preferred.
