About The Position

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to join our team in Spring, TX and surrounding areas. Requirements

Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
Ability to provide care in a client home setting.

Responsibilities

Provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their homes according to the active plan of care.
Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
Coordinate patient care.
Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
Implement preventative initiatives to protect the quality of care for patients.
