Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to join our team in Midland, TX and surrounding areas. Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Ability to provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their homes according to the active plan of care.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate patient care.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Implement preventative initiatives to protect the quality of care for patients.
