About The Position

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Sherman, TX and surrounding areas. Established in 2000, Angels of Care provides care for the medically fragile community, guided by their values of Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed (HALOS). Nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care to patients and their families. The company is looking for full-time and part-time nurses for various shifts including days, nights, and weekends. Their mission is to deliver high-quality home health care to children and young adults in a loving, caring, and professional manner, aspiring to be the leading pediatric home health agency.

Requirements

Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided!)
Provide care in a client home setting
Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!

Responsibilities

Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
Coordination of care.
Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
